Are all roses available in the shop real?
The roses are real and are carefully selected and bundled. We add on the preserving a natural liquid to the roses, which prevents them from wilting.

How long do the roses last?
The roses of our Infinity collection will bloom for at least one to three years.
Do the roses need to be watered?
No, the roses last up to 3 years without irrigation.
Can the rose box be accompanied by a greeting card for the recipient?
Yes, we enclose our Triple K greeting card for free in every rose box. You can also enter a greeting text, which we write down on your card by hand. Of course you can also label the delivered greeting card yourself.
How can I place a bulk order such as for weddings, restaurants, offices, dinners and so on?
Simply write us your individual request to info@Triplek.de and we discuss with you in detail the various options.

How do I place an order?
  1. Choose the box shape, color, size and design you want.
  2. Depending on your wishes, write down a personal text for your greeting card or leave it blank.
  3. Put the product in the cart.
  4. Now you can choose the shipping method. You have the possibility between desired date and free delivery to decide.
  5. If you do not want to add more arrangements to the shopping cart, go to the cashier and follow the instructions in the order process.
  6. Now you can specify the billing data and the preferred payment method.
  7. Finally, confirm the purchase.
Can I still change my order?
It is best to immediately contact our customer service, then we will check if a change of the order is still possible.
Does the receiver know who ordered the rose box?
No, our Triple K Flowerbox will be shipped in our name. By a note on the accompanying greeting card, the recipient can bring the buyer in experience.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes, the invoice will be sent separately by mail to the buyer.

How long does it take to place an order?
Your order will always be executed as soon as possible. Once your payment has been received, your Flowerbox will be made according to your wishes and specifications. As soon as you put your rosebox into the cart, you will see a delivery time in the shopping cart.
Do I have to register in the shop to order something?
If you want to place an order, you should create a customer account. In your customer account, you can view and manage all your data at any time. Among other things, you can also query the status of your order there. Nevertheless, you can order as a guest.

How much are the shipping costs?
We deliver for free within Germany. The requested delivery costs 6.95 €.
What happens if no one is home for the delivery attempt?
Also, if we guarantee the delivery date and you can track your parcel through the tracking number, it is quite possible that the driver will not meet anyone in the delivery attempt. But no cause for concern. You will receive a notification card already after the first delivery attempt, indicating that you can pick up your parcel.
